The Bespoke pattern incorporates aspects from all businesses in the KZ Australia brand with the aim of bringing the group together to achieve a happy, healthier workplace whilst highlighting the importance of mental health wellbeing and awareness.

What other proactive steps is your business taking towards starting conversations about mental health?

At Sun Metals we ensure our employees have early access to mental health support through EAP services and local providers. We have regular presentations and discussions around the site focusing on mental health pathways including the many resources available. Sun Metals also host a large cross-company Safe Work Week event which includes a range of Health and Wellbeing topics and presentations.

The whole process from start to finish was well structured and informative. Shannen and his team continue to problem solve throughout the process to ensure the end results is perfect. Whilst the process is a long one, the end result is 100% worthwhile.
